What Is YLBS?
The Youth Leadership & Business Summit is Australia’s premier leadership event for young people.
Each year we bring 300 participants from around Australia & the World together for 5 days filled with content & experiential learning actvities delivered by speakers & facilitators from around the world (many of them young people themselves).
Our speakers deliver inspiring & engaging content that young people need to know. From sessions on entrepreneurship & money, to living a healthy lifestyle, effective communication and a range of leadership & teamwork skills & tools.
Who Can Attend?
Anyone aged 14-17 at the start of the Summit is encouraged to apply to join the event as a participant.
Our participants are supported by a dedicated team of adults & young people, including attendees from previous years who have returned to step up into leadership roles.

The Youth Leadership & Business Summit has been developed by the Magic Moments Fondation to provide our young people with the tools & strategies they need to succeed in an everchanging world.
Our goal is to provide content & education that is missing from traditional school curriculums yet is so integral to young people’s ability to grow & develop into the leaders of tomorrow.
We encourage all of our participants to return to their communities & schools & share what the’ve learnt. We also provide them with the opportunity to return to YLBS as a Graduate or Youth Coach in future years, to further their leadership skills and support future participants.

Contribution & Community Awareness – Giving back & contributing to our communities is an integral part of being a leader.
Stock Trading & Property Investing – An introduction into where to invest, what to invest in & how to invest.
State & Emotion Management – Real life skills to support you in taking control of your emotions and managing your state for maximum performance.
Self Worth & Handing Conflict – Learn strategies for feeling comfortable with who you are and dealing with the everyday stressors of being a teenager in the online generation.
Our 2019 event will be held at the Collaroy Centre, which is located on Sydney’s northern beaches overlooking the stunning Long Reef Headland.
Collaroy is approximately 20km north east of the city, and is easily accessible by both public & private transport.

Friday the 5th of July to Tuesday the 9th of July, 2019
Registration begins at 10am on Friday, with the event ending at approximately 3pm on the Tuesday.
Coach transfers between Sydney Airport and the Collaroy Centre are available for $33.00 each way (inc GST).
For transfers to and from the venue, information will be emailed to participants soon regarding flight times.
Transfers will also be available to Central Station in the Sydney CBD.
Information for Parents
We’re committed to creating a safe & supportive environment for our participants, which is why we have a large group of coaches & crew onsite throughout the entire event. All of our volunteers have valid Working with Children checks & many have extensive experience in the teaching, coaching & youth support industries.

Youth Leadership & Business Summit is an all inclusive program, and your ticket includes all accomodation, meals and event materials.

The Magic Moments Foundation is a non-profit organisation formed to create a coalition of caring volunteers who are committed to consistently reaching and assisting people who are often forgotten by society. We are also focused on supporting people to grow their own skills, particular the youth in our communities, to become contributing members of their own communities.
